Minimum Capital Amount definition

Minimum Capital Amount means, as of the applicable measurement date, an average of $50,000,000 of capital available for investment over the previous two fiscal quarters.

  • The calculation of Excess Cash and Acquired Cash at Closing pursuant to Section 2.01(a)(i) shall be based on the Estimated Minimum Capital Amount, the Estimated Total Adjusted Net Assets and the Estimated Acquired Cash Amount.
