Minimum Design Standards definition

Minimum Design Standards shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5(b)(i) below.

Minimum Design Standards means the current version of the Minimum Design Standards adopted by the Contracting Agency.

  • Design Standards means the standards developed as a requirement of the Programmatic Agreement

  • Project Manual means the volume usually assembled for the Work which may include the bidding requirements, sample forms, and other Contract Documents.
