Minimum Order Quantity means the minimum number of batches of a Product to be produced during the same cycle of manufacturing as set forth in a Product Agreement on Schedule B;
Purchase Orders means official orders issued by an operating division of Transnet to the Supplier/Service Provider for the supply of Goods or Services;
Firm Order shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.
Minimum Threshold means the average daily yield on the 10 Year Treasury Note (as reported in the Bloomberg GT10 index) over the Award Period.
Minimum Payments $50 (with respect to all funds in the aggregate.)
Purchase Order Number means the Customer’s unique number relating to the supply of the Services;
Minimum Term means the minimum initial period of service for each Service as shown on the Service Agreement and Order Schedule, such period to start on the date on which the relevant Service is first made available to you for use. For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise agreed the minimum term will be 12 months from your contract commencement date or other such date as may be notified to you in accordance with paragraph 19.2.
Year 2000 Issues means anticipated costs, problems and uncertainties associated with the inability of certain computer applications to effectively handle data including dates on and after January 1, 2000, as such inability affects the business, operations and financial condition of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries and of the Borrower's and its Subsidiaries' material customers, suppliers and vendors.
Minimum Amount means the Minimum Amount as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
Minimum Requirements means the minimum requirements for available commercial structures. Minimum Annual Resource Requirement means, for Delivery Years through May 31, 2017, the minimum amount of capacity that PJM will seek to procure from Annual Resources for the PJM Region and for each Locational Deliverability Area for which the Office of the Interconnection is required under Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5.10(a) to establish a separate VRR Curve for such Delivery Year. For the PJM Region, the Minimum Annual Resource Requirement shall be equal to the RTO Reliability Requirement minus [the Sub-Annual Resource Reliability Target for the RTO in Unforced Capacity]. For an LDA, the Minimum Annual Resource Requirement shall be equal to the LDA Reliability Requirement minus [the LDA CETL] minus [the Sub-Annual Resource Reliability Target for such LDA in Unforced Capacity]. The LDA CETL may be adjusted pro rata for the amount of load served under the FRR Alternative.
Minimum Offering means the number Shares so designated on Exhibit A hereto.
Purchase Order (PO) means a written offer made by a purchaser to a supplier formally stating the terms and conditions of a proposed transaction.
Minimum Price shall have the meaning specified in Section 7.1(d).
Minimum Necessary means the least amount of PHI necessary to accomplish the purpose for which the PHI is needed.
Multiple Exchange Carriers Ordering and Design or “MECOD” means the Guidelines for Access Services - Industry Support Interface, a document developed by the Ordering/Provisioning Committee of the OBF, which functions under the auspices of the Carrier Liaison Committee of ATIS. The MECOD document, published by ATIS as ATIS/OBF- MECAB-Issue 3, February 1993, establishes methods for processing orders for access service which is to be provided to an IXC by two (2) or more telecommunications providers.
Contract Minimum Investment Requirement means, with respect to the Project, investment by the Company and any Sponsor Affiliates of at least $4,000,000 in Economic Development Property subject (non-exempt) to ad valorem taxation (in the absence of this Fee Agreement).
Minimum Balance Requirements The minimum balance to open the account is $5.00. If the balance falls below $5 at any time, the account may be closed. See Balance Computation Method above. Minimum Payment means the amount of minimum payment as stated in the Fee Schedule;
IITK Purchase Order means the IITK’s official Purchase Order document;
Finished Products means any one or more of the following petroleum oils, or a mixture or combination of these oils, to be used without further processing except blending by mechanical means:
Firm Order Confirmation or "FOC" means the notice CenturyLink provides to CLEC to confirm that CLEC's Local Service Order (LSR) has been received and has been successfully processed. The FOC confirms the schedule of dates committed to by CenturyLink for the Provisioning of the service requested.
Job order contracting means a project delivery method in which:
Lead Time means the quoted timeframe calculated between the date of receipt of the PO by Supplier and the Delivery Date.
Submitted Order has the meaning specified in Section 11.10(d)(i) below.
Government Apprenticeship Programme “ means training which is funded by the Government via the National Apprenticeship Service.
