Bid Response definition

Bid Response means the bid document submitted by the bidder in response to the RFB.
Bid Response means a complete and properly signed document, offering to do the work or designated portion thereof, supported by data called for by the bidding documents.

More Definitions of Bid Response

Bid Response means all documents, whether attached or incorporated by reference, supplied by the bidder in response to an invitation to bid.
Bid Response documents or “Bid Responses” shall mean and include the “Bid Response Package”, which is published by the Town of Coventry as part of this IFB, and shall include any supporting documentation prescribed herein or by law, and which may be necessary, ancillary and/or corollary to the bidder’s response being complete and responsive to this IFB.
