Minimum Parcel definition

Minimum Parcel means while the Trust is not Listed, such amount or amounts as the Manager may determine in respect of the Trust (with the approval of the Supervisor if such amount is to exceed 1,000 Equity Securities) and while the Trust is Listed means the Minimum Holding (as defined in the Listing Rules).
Minimum Parcel means the minimum number of Vested Performance Rights which a Participant may exercise being the lower of all Vested Performance Rights held by a Participant and 10,000 or such other number of Vested Performance Rights as the Remuneration Committee may determine from time to time;

Related to Minimum Parcel

  • Water Surface Elevation (WSE) means the height, in relation to NAVD 1988, of floods of various magnitudes and frequencies in the floodplains of riverine areas.

  • Minimum Payment means the amount of minimum payment as stated in the Fee Schedule;

  • Water surface elevation means the height, in relation to the National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD) of 1929, the North American Vertical Datum (NAVD) of 1988, or other datum, where specified, of floods of various magnitudes and frequencies in the floodplains of riverine areas.

  • Minimum Price shall have the meaning specified in Section 7.1(d).

  • Acre-foot means the amount of water necessary to cover one acre of land to the depth of one foot, or 325,851 U.S. gallons of water.
