Minimum Throughput Energy definition

Minimum Throughput Energy means the total output energy of the Product recorded in the control module of the Product.

  • SAJ guarantees that the battery part retains sixty percent (60%) of Nominal Energy for 10 years from the commissioning date (no more than ten years and six months (126 months) from the date of product shipment from SAJ), or for a Minimum Throughput Energy which is calculated from the commissioning date, whichever comes first, under the standard capacity test conditions.

  • Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.

For purposes of this definition, “biodiesel fuel” must also meet the specifications of American Society for Testing and Material Specifications (ASTM) D 6751-02, “Standard Specification for Biodiesel Fuel (B100) Blend Stock for Distillate Fuels,” and be registered with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency as a fuel and a fuel additive under Section 211(b) of the Clean Air Act, 42 U.S.C. Sections 7401, et seq. as amended through November 15, 1990.

  • LNG means liquefied natural gas.
