Minimum useful life definition

Minimum useful life means the minimum time period a vehicle may remain in the California fleet. It is the later of the dates specified in subsection (A) or (B) below, as modified by subsection (C):

Related to Minimum useful life

  • Useful life means the relevant period of distance and/or time over which compliance with the relevant gaseous and particulate emission limits has to be assured.
