Minimum Volumes definition

Minimum Volumes means the minimum purchase commitment of Clariant for Elevance Products in a particular annual period as specified on Exhibit A.
Minimum Volumes shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.2(b).
Minimum Volumes means the minimum volumes of gas that Cardinal LP is required to purchase pursuant to the Gas Purchase Agreement.

  • For each Additional Field granted to scPharma exclusively, the Incremental Disposable Units volume established in Exhibit 2.6(a) will be added to the Minimum Volumes.

  • The Parties shall act in good faith such that the Gathering System can be operated in a manner that will not unduly hinder Producer’s ability to so tender such Quarterly Minimum Volumes to Gatherer, which good faith practices shall include prudent maintenance and repair of the Gathering System, compliance with Gatherer’s Maximum Operating Pressure obligations, and avoidance of free liquids being introduced into the Gathering System as set out in Section 3(a)(1) of Exhibit A hereunder.

  • Cabot and CMC agree that such liquidated damages are the sole and exclusive remedy for CMC's failure to purchase Minimum Volumes.

  • It is understood that, except for the first Calendar Quarter of each forecast and subject to LMI’s obligation to purchase the Minimum Volumes of Product for each Calendar Quarter as described in Section 2.4(c), this forecast will not be binding on the Parties.

  • Customers Prospect will enter into Customer Agreements with 2 to 4 customers; provided, however, that no such customer shall be committed to purchase more than 50% of the annual volume (as set forth below under "Minimum Volumes") for any year unless such customer's commitment for such year does not exceed 250,000 tonnes.

Related to Minimum Volumes

  • Contract Quantity means the total number shares, contracts or other units of the Underlying Instrument that the Client is notionally buying or selling;

  • Volume Commitment means the agreed upon Customer commitment to purchase, and may be described as an Annual Volume Commitment, Total Volume Commitment, Tiered Volume Commitment, or Subminimum Volume Commitment.

  • Service Volume means a measure of Services for which a Performance Target is set.

  • Type A quantity means a quantity of radioactive material, the aggregate radioactivity of which does not exceed A1 for special form radioactive material or A2 for normal form radio- active material, where A1 and A2 are given in Appendix O or may be determined by procedures described in Appendix O.

  • Committed Volume means, with respect to a Committed Shipper, the minimum daily volume of Crude Petroleum set out in Schedule A to the Committed Shipper’s TSA.
