Ministerial Determination definition

Ministerial Determination means determinations under State Service Regulations 2000 made by the Minister for the Tasmanian State Service.
Ministerial Determination means a determination of the amount of monthly travelling allowance payable to Councillors including the Mayor in terms of The Remuneration of Public Office-Bearers Act No 20 of 1997.
