Denial notice means a board notification denying an application for the issuance or renewal of a license as required by the Act.
CFIUS Notice means a joint voluntary notice with respect to the Contemplated Transactions prepared by Parent and the Company and submitted to CFIUS in accordance with the requirements of the DPA.
Legal notice means every notice required by law or by order of a court to be published in a newspaper or other publication, except notices required by private and local laws to be published in newspapers, and includes all of the following:
Initial Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.
Approval Notice means, with respect to any Eligible Loan Asset, the written notice, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, evidencing the approval by the Agent, in its sole discretion, of the conveyance of such Eligible Loan Asset by the Transferor to the Equityholder pursuant to the terms of the First Tier Purchase and Sale Agreement and by the Equityholder to the Borrower pursuant to the terms of the Second Tier Purchase and Sale Agreement and the Assignments by which the Transferor effects such conveyance.
Special Notice As defined in Section 5.07(b).
Additional Disclosure Notification The form of notification to be included with any Additional Form 10-D Disclosure, Additional Form 10-K Disclosure or Form 8-K Disclosure Information which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit W.
FOIA notice means a decision notice, enforcement notice and/or an information notice;
Proper notice to the county inspector means that the pipeline company or its contractor shall keep the person responsible for the inspection continually informed of the work schedule and any schedule changes, and shall provide at least 24 hours’ written notice before trenching, permanent tile repair, or backfilling is undertaken at any specific location. The pipeline company may request that the county inspector designate a person to receive such notices.
Disclosure Notice means a notice issued by or on behalf of the Company requiring disclosure of interests in shares pursuant to section 212 of the Act;
General Notice means any notice given in accordance with this Agreement other than a Transfer Notice;
Nomination Notice means all information and documents that a Nominating Stockholder is required to submit to the Secretary of the Corporation pursuant to Section 1.13(f).
Notice of Dissatisfaction means the notice given by either Party to the other indicating its dissatisfaction and intention to commence arbitration.

Removal Notice shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.07(b).
Email Notice means the legal notice summarizing the proposed Settlement terms, as approved by Class Counsel, Facebook’s Counsel, and the Court, to be provided to Class Members (including Minor Subclass Members), under Section 3.3 of this Agreement via electronic mail or the Facebook domain of xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx. The Email Notice must be substantially similar to the form attached hereto as Exhibit 3.
Notice in writing or written notice means a notice in writing, typed or printed matters sent (unless delivered personally or otherwise proved to have been received) by registered post to the last known private or business address or registered office of the addressee and shall be deemed to have been received in the ordinary course of post, it would have been delivered.
Publication Notice means the summary notice of proposed Settlement and hearing for publication substantially in the form attached as Exhibit 3 to Exhibit A.
Pre-Notice shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.13.
Notice of Dispute has the meaning provided in Section 2.1(f)(iii) of this Commercial Shared-Loss Agreement.
Superior Proposal Notice has the meaning specified in Section 5.4(1)(c).
Responsible Respondent means a Respondent that has the capability in all material respects to perform the scope of work and specifications of the Contract. In determining whether a Respondent is a Responsible Respondent, the Agency may consider various factors including, but not limited to, the Respondent’s competence and qualifications to provide the goods or services requested, the Respondent’s integrity and reliability, the past performance of the Respondent and the best interest of the Agency and the State.
CAFA Notice refers to the notice requirements imposed by 28 U.S.C. § 1715(b).
Notice of Superior Proposal has the meaning set forth in Section 5.09(e).
Mediation Notice is defined in Section 6.2(b).
Notice of Appeal means a notice given pursuant to Condition 6.2.
