Minor rate adjustment definition

Minor rate adjustment means a rate adjustment which (1) will produce less than 1 percent change in the annual revenues of the power system or (2) is for a power system which has either annual sales normally less than 100 million kilowatt hours or an installed capacity of less than 20,000 kilowatts.
Minor rate adjustment means a rate adjustment that must be approved by the Board and/or City Council which will produce less than or equal to four (4) percent change in the annual revenues from OATT servicesone (1) percent change in the annual revenues from OATT services. The distinction between Major Rate Adjustments and Minor Rate Adjustments, including all provisions in this Business Practice, will not be implemented before July 1, 2017; any rate adjustment during that period before July 1, 2017 shall be treated as if it meets the definition of Major Rate Adjustment. Any cumulative Minor Rate Adjustments that exceed four (4) percent in any calendar year will automatically prompt a new Major Rate Adjustment proceeding and the associated Notice requirements.

  • Rate Adjustment Date With respect to each ARM Loan, the date on which the Note Rate adjusts.

  • CPI Adjustment means the quotient of (i) the CPI for the month of January in the calendar year for which the CPI Adjustment is being determined, divided by (ii) the CPI for January of 2007.

  • Interest Adjustment Rate means the interest adjustment rate assigned to the Security. The initial Interest Adjustment Rate is the interest adjustment rate specified in the Table (the "Initial Interest Adjustment Rate").The Issuer may adjust, in its reasonable discretion pursuant to §315 BGB and in consideration of the relevant capital market practice and by acting in good faith (including market interest rates and the interest-rate expectations of the market), the Interest Adjustment Rate, including the Initial Interest Adjustment Rate, on any Scheduled Trading Day within the range (deviation (+) or (-)) specified in the Table for any given Security. The adjusted rate will be published without undue delay in accordance with §12.

  • Value Adjustments means cash lending revenues and other revenues on collateral in respect of a Series of ETP Securities.

  • Conversion Rate shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.01(a).

  • Interest Adjustment Date With respect to a Mortgage Loan, the date, if any, specified in the related Mortgage Note on which the Mortgage Interest Rate is subject to adjustment.

  • New Conversion Price means the amount determined in accordance with the following formula, which shall apply from the QTE Effective Date: NCP = ECP * (VWAPAES / VWAPOS) where:

  • Fixed Conversion Price shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4(b).

  • Adjustment Day means the first calendar day in each month.

  • ISDA Fallback Adjustment means the spread adjustment (which may be a positive or negative value or zero) that would apply for derivatives transactions referencing the ISDA Definitions to be determined upon the occurrence of an index cessation event with respect to the Benchmark for the applicable tenor.
