Minor Transactions definition

Minor Transactions means the Related Parties Transactions other than Major Transactions and Small Transactions;
Minor Transactions means Transactions with Related Parties different from the Major Transactions and from Smaller Transactions (as defined below).
Minor Transactions means operations other than the Major Transactions and LowValue Transactions, as indicated in the following Article 4.4.
