Minor vehicle repairs definition

Minor vehicle repairs means the replacement of parts and motor services to passenger cars and trucks not exceeding one and one-half ton (1 1/2) capacity including wiper blade replacement, battery replacement, and headlight replacement, but not including repairs specified under 17.04.1060.
Minor vehicle repairs means all repair work to the rental vehicle under the amount of N$/R1000.00 as determined by the person and or company providing the repairs.

  • Plant and Equipment means permanent plant, equipment, machinery, apparatus, articles and things of all kinds to be provided and incorporated in the Facilities by the Contractor under the Contract (including the spare parts to be supplied by the Contractor under GCC Sub-Clause 3.3 hereof), but does not include Contractor’s Equipment.
