Minutes of Use definition

Minutes of Use. (MOU) means the conversation minutes between the originating and terminating End Users.
Minutes of Use means minutes of use of Wireless Service.
Minutes of Use means, for any period with respect to incoming and outgoing calls, the aggregate amount of time billed to all subscribers to the Guarantor's systems for such period.

More Definitions of Minutes of Use

Minutes of Use means minutes billed by the Borrower and/or any of its Subsidiaries to any third party for termination of domestic or international telecommunications traffic.
