Minutes of Use means minutes billed by the Borrower and/or any of its Subsidiaries to any third party for termination of domestic or international telecommunications traffic.

Minutes of Use means the number of minutes of airtime used by the Xxxxxx/Xxxxxxx Systems or Leased Facilities for switched calls whether such calls are completed or not completed, and whether a xxxx for such calls will or will not be rendered to Xxxxxx and/or Xxxxxxx'x customers.   • Tobacco use means any use of tobacco products within the past two months. Tobacco use, however, does not include the religious or ceremonial use of tobacco.
