Miscellaneous Services and Supplies definition

Miscellaneous Services and Supplies means all services and supplies furnished in a Hospital for medical care and treatment, other than room and board, and such term shall include "supplementary medical service," or "room and board supplement," or "special room supplement," or similar terms of identical or like meaning, if such services are certified by the Hospital making a charge therefore to be services and supplies furnished by the Hospital for medical care and treatment of a person.

  • Data Use Agreement means the agreement incorporated into the Contract to facilitate creation, receipt, maintenance, use, disclosure or access to Confidential Information.

  • Transition Services Agreements means the transition services agreements between the Purchaser and one or more of the Sellers in substantially the forms attached hereto as Exhibit D and Exhibit E.

  • Construction Service Agreement means either an Interconnection Construction Service Agreement or an Upgrade Construction Service Agreement.

  • Training Agreement means an agreement registered under the provisions of the Industrial and Commercial Training Act 1985.

  • Palliative and supportive care means care and support aimed mainly at lessening or controlling pain or symptoms; it makes no attempt to cure the Covered Person's terminal Illness or terminal Injury.
