  • No provisions of this Agreement or any Ancillary Agreement shall be deemed waived, amended, supplemented or modified by a Party, unless (i) such waiver, amendment, supplement or modification is in writing and signed by the authorized representative of the Party against whom such waiver, amendment, supplement or modification is sought to be enforced and (ii) all necessary approvals of MLB PDL have been obtained in advance thereof.

  • LOCKHEED XXXXXX Procurement Representative means a person authorized by LOCKHEED XXXXXX'x cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.
