Listing Content definition

Listing Content means listing information provided by Participants to RMLS™ and aggregated and distributed by RMLS™ to Participants, except for any listing for which the seller has withheld permission for Internet display. Listing Content includes information about active and off-market listings. The specific fields of information included within Listing Content are determined by the type of data feed selected by the Participant, as more particularly set forth in the RMLS™ Rules and Regulations and Internet Policy.

Listing Content means data, photographs, images, graphics, video recordings, virtual tours, drawings, written descriptions, remarks, narratives and pricing information about real properties offered for sale in certain counties throughout the State of Oklahoma and real properties in other geographic regions.

"Owner Listing Content" means Listing Content provided by Owner to Broker or Xxxxxx's associates. "Broker Listing Content" means Listing Content that is otherwise obtained or produced by Broker or Xxxxxx's associates in connection with this agreement.

Examples of Listing Content in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Participant may disclose Listing Content for individual Listings strictly in accordance with this Agreement and the Rules and Regulations.

  • Publicly display the MLS Database, or any portion of the MLS Database, including any Listing Content included in the MLS Database.

  • Any information provided by MLS to any Sales Licensee, including without limitation, any password to the MLS Database, any printouts of the MLS Database as provided under this Agreement, and all Listing Content, including personal information of a Seller (collectively “Confidential Information”) shall be maintained by Sales Licensee as confidential and available exclusively for use by the Sales Licensee as provided in this Agreement.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing sentence, except as provided in the Rules and Regulations, Sales Licensee acknowledges that MLS has no obligation to remove or modify any Listing or Listing Content.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Sales Licensee may disclose Listing Content for individual Listings strictly in accordance with this Agreement and the Rules and Regulations.

Listing Content means certain information about real properties offered for sale or rent throughout the State of Texas, including without limitation all data, photographs, images, graphics, drawings, audio, video recordings, virtual tours, written descriptions, remarks, narratives, and pricing information, that is submitted to NCBR by Participant and other Members.

Section 4.6.4. survives termination of this agreement.  All Broker Listing Content is owned exclusively by Broker, and Owner has no right, title, or interest in or to any Broker Listing Content.  Owner understands and agrees that both the Owner Listing Content and Broker Listing Content, including any changes to such content, may be filed with the MLS, included in compilations of listings, and otherwise distributed, publicly displayed, and reproduced.
