MMP Deadline means, in respect of each MISO Settlement Interval for a given MISO Market, at least two (2) hours before the applicable deadline established by the Balancing Authority applicable to the Injection Portion for submitting a schedule, offer or bid for such MISO Settlement Interval in such MISO Market.

  • Opt-Out Deadline means the date identified in the Preliminary Approval Order and Class Notice by which a Request for Exclusion must be filed in writing with Class Counsel (or the Administrator) for a Settlement Class Member to be excluded from the Settlement Class. The Opt-Out Deadline shall be no later than 30 days before the Final Approval Hearing.

  • Claim Deadline means the last date by which a Claim submitted to the Settlement Administrator by a Settlement Class Member must be postmarked or submitted electronically, which will be ninety (90) Days after the Notice Deadline.
