MMS message definition

MMS message means a Multimedia Messaging Service message (that may include images, sounds and short videos) that may be sent between telephone numbers allocated in accordance with a national or international numbering plan;
MMS message means a message (whether or not accompanied by any sound or images) sent using an MMS;
MMS message means a text, audio, video and/or data message of up to 64 kilobytes in size or as agreed by the Parties.
