Mobile Network means a 3G or 4G network or any other mobile communications network which we choose to provide Mobile services.
Mobile Phone means the mobile telephone device which You use to receive the One-Time Passcode.
News media means a newspaper or other periodical issued at regular intervals, news service in paper or electronic form, radio station, television station, television network, community antenna television service, or person or corporation engaged in making news reels or other motion picture news for public showing. (Section 2(f) of FOIA)
Service Media means central heating and hot water systems, electrical services for power and lighting, drainage and water services, and any data or phone services provided;
Games means games of chance.
Networks the Local Area Network, network equipment, computer systems, and local cable infrastructure, at the Sites, to which the Service will be connected. “Installation Fee” – the combined charge for the survey, equipment and the Installation Service, including excess construction charges, as specified on the Service Agreement or other amended documentation following site survey.
Broadband or “Broadband Service” means any service defined as Broadband, or having advanced telecommunications capability, in the most recent Federal Communications Commission inquiry pursuant to Section 706 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 (P.L. 104-104).2
Mobile means any mobile delivery technology including 3G, 3.5G, 4G, 5G cellular technology, and any subsequent generation technology, edge, DVBH or DMB which is or may be used with radio frequency spectrum in any band, to enable or facilitate transmission of textual material, data, voice, video and/or multimedia service to any device (whether now known or hereafter developed) which is capable of receiving and/or sending voice and/or data and/or video communications by means of a device which is designed primarily as a portable device.
AMC means Annual Maintenance Contract
Allied means Allied Waste Industries, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
Mobile Services means the mobile telecommunications service which we provide you under Part D and as specified in your Application.
SBS means the New York City Department of Small Business Services.
Mobility means the ability to move indoors from room to room on level surfaces.

SNAP means the federal Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program. SNAP was previously known as the Food Stamp Program.
broadcasting means the transmission by wireless means for public reception of sounds or of images and sounds or of the representations thereof; such transmission by satellite is also “broadcasting”; transmission of encrypted signals is “broadcasting” where the means for decrypting are provided to the public by the broadcasting organization or with its consent;
Mobile Service means the mobile service we provide to you enabling you to use and receive a range of mobile services including, but not limited to, messaging services, age restricted services and premium services.
Digital network means any online-enabled application, software, website or system offered or utilized by a transportation network company that enables the prearrangement of rides with transportation network company drivers.
TELRIC means Total Element Long-Run Incremental Cost.
ATC means a measure of the transfer capability remaining in the physical transmission network for further commercial activity over and above already committed uses.
rebroadcasting means the simultaneous broadcasting by one broadcasting organisation of the broadcast of another broadcasting organisation.
Wireless means a wireless handheld validation unit used with a supporting Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) as part of an approved gaming system. Amended 1/14/15
Comcast means Comcast Corporation, a Pennsylvania corporation.
Universal bilateral modification means a bilateral modification, as defined in FAR subpart 43.1, that updates or incorporates new FAR or AIDAR clauses, other terms and conditions, or special requirements, affecting all USAID awards or a class of awards, as specified in the Agency notification of such modification.
hostel means a place of residence for the students of the University, or its colleges, institutions and study centers, established or recognized to be as such by the University;
Sprint means a set period of time during which specific work is realized and made ready for review.
