Customer Personnel definition

Customer Personnel means all persons employed or engaged by the Customer together with the Customers servants, agents, suppliers and consultants;
Customer Personnel means any person who is directly or indirectly employed or engaged by the Customer and/or its Affiliates.
Customer Personnel means Customer employees, consultants or representatives, or Customer’s consultants’ employees.

  • Ivalua will use commercially reasonable efforts to adapt, re-configure or re-program the affected Software Service, as applicable, to correct a Defect reported by Eligible Customer Personnel, provided that if Ivalua determines in good faith that the Defect is the result of errors or misstatements in the Documentation, and not a failure in features or functions of the affected Software Service, Ivalua may resolve the Defect solely by amending Documentation.

  • Customer may change its Eligible Customer Personnel as reasonably necessary, by written notice (email sufficient) to the Ivalua business contact email address and/or phone number(s) as provided for herein or on the CSE.
