Mobilehome Park Owner definition

Mobilehome Park Owner or “Park Owner” means the owner or operator of a mobilehome park or an agent or representative authorized to act on said owner’s or operator’s behalf in connection with the maintenance or operation of such park.
Mobilehome Park Owner or “owner” means and includes the owner, lessor, operator, or manager of a mobilehome park.
Mobilehome Park Owner means the owner of a mobilehome park or an agent or representative authorized to act on his behalf in connection with matters relating to a tenancy in the park.

Examples of Mobilehome Park Owner in a sentence

  • Except as provided in this Article, a Mobilehome Park Owner shall not demand, accept or retain Rent for a Mobilehome Space exceeding the Base Rent.

  • Starting in 2018, on or after May 1 of each year, a Mobilehome Park Owner may impose a Rent Increase for a Mobilehome Space by one hundred percent (100%) of the percentage increase, if any, in the consumer price index (CPI) during the most recent twelve (12) month period ending in December of the prior year.

Mobilehome Park Owner means the owner, lessor, operator or manager
