Except as provided in this Article, a Mobilehome Park Owner shall not demand, accept or retain Rent for a Mobilehome Space exceeding the Base Rent.
Starting in 2018, on or after May 1 of each year, a Mobilehome Park Owner may impose a Rent Increase for a Mobilehome Space by one hundred percent (100%) of the percentage increase, if any, in the consumer price index (CPI) during the most recent twelve (12) month period ending in December of the prior year.
