Mobilization Advance definition

Mobilization Advance means advance payment of three months in lieu of services to be provided in future after submission of bank guarantee duly valid till the clearance of the advance payment in subsequent invoices.

More Definitions of Mobilization Advance

Mobilization Advance means an amount equivalent to 10% of the Sarai Bid Project Cost that is to be paid in advance to the Concessionaire for mobilization and execution of the construction works for the Sarai Facilities in accordance with Clause 9.3(d).
