Mode Termination Date definition

Mode Termination Date means the earliest of (i) the date established pursuant to Article 3 as the final day of the Variable Rate Mode preceding a successful transition to a new Mode, (ii) the Term Redemption Date and (iii) the date of earlier redemption of all of the Outstanding MFP Shares.
Mode Termination Date means the earliest of (i) the Optional Early Transition Date, in the case of a successful transition to a new Mode pursuant to Section 3.5, (ii) [●], 20[●], in the event of a successful transition to a new Mode upon expiration of the [Initial] Mode, as such date may be extended in accordance with Section 3.1(a)(i) and (iii) the Failed Transition Redemption Date, as it may be extended in accordance with Section 3.1(a)(i).
Mode Termination Date means the earliest of (i) the date established pursuant to Article 3 as the final day of the Variable Rate Mode preceding a successful transition to a new Mode, (ii) January 3, 2028 and (iii) the Failed Transition Redemption Date.

More Definitions of Mode Termination Date

Mode Termination Date means the earlier of (i) the Term Redemption Date and (ii) the date established pursuant to Section 3.1(a) as the final day of the current Mode preceding a successful transition to a new Mode commencing on the New Mode Commencement Date.

Related to Mode Termination Date

  • Outside Termination Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.01(f).

  • Service Termination Date means the last Day in a month upon which Service shall terminate, as set forth in a Schedule of Service and subject to any renewal thereof.

  • Initial Termination Date has the meaning set forth in Section 8.2(a).

  • Agreement Termination Date is defined in Section 7.4.

  • Premium Termination Date With respect to the Series A Certificates, the scheduled maturity date of the Series A Certificates, with respect to the Series B Certificates, the scheduled maturity date of the Series B Certificates and with respect to the Series C Certificates, the scheduled maturity date of the Series C Certificates.

  • Standstill Termination Date means the earlier of (i) the first anniversary of the Board Rights Termination Date and (ii) the later of (A) the third anniversary of this Agreement or (B) the first anniversary of the date on which both the Purchaser Designated Director has resigned from the Board and the Purchaser has permanently waived and renounced the Purchaser’s Board observation rights and Board designation rights in Section 1 and Section 2 of this Agreement.

  • Forbearance Termination Date means the earlier to occur of (i) the Termination Date and (ii) a Termination Event.

  • Accretion Termination Date As defined in the Series Supplement.

  • Plan Termination Date means the date that is ten (10) years after the Effective Date, unless the Plan is earlier terminated by the Board pursuant to Section 15 hereof.
