Forced Labor. There shall not be any use of forced prison labor, indentured labor, bonded labor or other forced labor.
Forced Labor. Seller represents and warrants that no portion of the Project (including any of its components and materials) will be extracted, mined, produced, manufactured, assembled or processed using any form of convict, indentured or forced labor, including indentured or forced child labor (“Forced Labor”). Seller represents and warrants that it shall comply, at a minimum, with all Forced Labor Laws. Without limiting any other obligation of Seller hereunder, Seller shall not, and shall ensure that its affiliates, suppliers, subcontractors, and other business partners involved in any tier of the extraction, mining, production, processing, assembly or manufacturing of the materials and components used in the Project, within the United States or globally, do not (i) use any form of Forced Labor at any stage of extraction, mining, production, manufacturing, assembly or processing of any components or materials or (ii) cause or permit the Project (including any of its components and materials) to originate from, or be extracted, mined, produced, manufactured, assembled or processed in any place or region known or suspected to use Forced Labor. Seller shall maintain effective procedures, internal controls and audit procedures necessary to comply with this Section 22.1(b).
Forced Labor. The GOVERNMENTAL BODY certifies it complies with the State Prohibition of Goods from forced Labor Act, and certifies that no foreign-made equipment, materials, or supplies furnished to CMAP under this Agreement have been or will be produced in whole or in part by forced labor, or indentured labor under penal sanction (30 ILCS 583).
Forced Labor. Buyer prohibits all forms of Forced Labor in its supply chain, and will reject any shipment containing goods that involve the use of Forced Labor. Seller confirms that no form of Forced Labor was involved at any processing stage, directly or indirectly, e.g., in the sourcing, mining, production or manufacture in whole or in part, of any goods sold to Buyer. “Forced Labor” includes any form of child, prison, indentured, bonded, coerced or involuntary labor or labor obtained through human trafficking or other forms of exploitation as well as situations where any of the indicators provided by the International Labor Organization (xxx.xxx.xxx) exist.
Forced Labor. Employment must be voluntary and freely chosen. Suppliers will not utilize prison, forced labor, human trafficking, or modern day slavery in the manufacturing of its products or in its supply chain. Coercion, intimidation, or harassment of the workers by Suppliers is not acceptable.
Forced Labor. The factory does not use forced labor of any kind, including but not limited to prison labor, indentured labor or bonded labor.
Forced Labor. 14.3.1. Except to the extent specially prohibited by applicable Law, Supplier shall perform a reasonable inquiry to ensure that it does not, and shall ensure that its suppliers, subcontractors, and other business partners involved in the production, or manufacture of the Equipment or any items/components necessary to perform the Services (”Subcontractors”) do not, use any form of prison labor, indentured labor, bonded labor, or other forms of forced labor, including but not limited to, forced or indentured child labor or labor of North Korean or Chinese citizens or nationals (”Forced Labor”), at any stage of the production or manufacturing process for the Equipment or any items/components necessary to perform the Services.
Forced Labor. Licensee certifies that it does not use any forced labor – prison, indentured, bonded or otherwise.
Forced Labor. Supplier shall not, and shall ensure that its suppliers, subcontractors and other business partners involved in the provision of the Services or Goods (“Subcontractors”) do not use any form of convict, indentured or forced labor, including forced or indentured child labor, labor of North Korean citizens or nationals, labor of Uyghurs in and around Xinjiang, China or any similar groups (“Forced Labor”) at any stage of the development, mining, production, manufacturing or other process for the Services or Goods or any of the components of the Goods. Supplier shall maintain in effect a program of monitoring and auditing its Subcontractors to ensure that they do not use Forced Labor in the development, mining, production, manufacturing or other process for the Services or Goods at any time, including in the production of raw materials or component parts for the Goods. If Company determines that Supplier is in violation of the terms of this Section, in addition to any other rights and remedies Company may have under this Contract or at law or in equity, Company shall have the right to immediately cancel the affected purchases and terminate the Contract without any liability or further obligation to Supplier.
Forced Labor. The Facility agrees to employ only persons whose presence is voluntary. The Facility agrees not to use any forced or involuntary labor, whether prison, bonded, indentured or otherwise.
