Moffat Interconnection Point means the Interconnection Point which is located at the flange, weld or other agreed mark at the final outlet from the delivery facilities, owned and operated by National Grid at Moffat in Scotland, connecting with the GNI (UK) Upstream System at the point at which gas enters the PTL Transportation System;

Transmission Provider: The “Transmission Provider” shall be the Office of the Interconnection for all purposes, provided that the Transmission Owners will have the responsibility for the following specified activities:

  • Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider. Interconnection Service Agreement:
