Money Market Interest Rate definition

Money Market Interest Rate means the lesser of (a) the rate of interest per annum publicly announced from time to time in the Midwest edition of the Wall Street Journal as the “money marketinterest rate on an annual yield basis, but if such rate is not available, then such similar rate as reported by a nationally recognized financial news source or (b) the maximum rate of interest permitted under applicable law.
Money Market Interest Rate shall be such rate as determined by the Agent from time to time in its sole discretion.
Money Market Interest Rate shall be such rate as determined by the Bank from time to time in its sole discretion.

  • Net Interest Rate means with respect to any Note, the Interest Rate for such Note minus the Servicing Fee Rate applicable to such Note.
