  • The State, the Commission and the Monitoring Services Provider have no liability to pay, compensate or reimburse the Monitoring Licensee for any losses, damages, costs and expenses incurred by the Monitoring Licensee as a result of, associated or in connection with a suspension of the Monitoring Licence.

  • If a Monitoring Services Provider has been appointed because the Monitoring Licence has been suspended, the Monitoring Services Provider’s appointment is terminated on the lifting of that suspension.

  • Monitoring Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(b) of this Agreement.
