Monoline Insurer Reference Entity definition

Monoline Insurer Reference Entity means any Reference Entity identified in the Reference Portfolio as a Monoline Reference Entity;
Monoline Insurer Reference Entity means a Reference Entity identified as such in the column headed “Monoline” in the Reference Portfolio (if any);
Monoline Insurer Reference Entity means each Reference Entity in respect of which Reference Entity Category J applies (unless, in respect of a Replacement Reference Entity, otherwise specified in a Substitution Information Notice (if any) relating to such Reference Entity) and any Replacement Reference Entity which is in the Reference Portfolio where the Substitution Information Notice relating thereto provided that such Replacement Reference Entity was also a Monoline Insurer Reference Entity.

  • Consolidated Amortization Expense means, for any period, the amortization expense of Holdings and its Subsidiaries for such period, determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.
