PIMCO hereby agrees to pay AST a monthly administration fee of $1,770.00 for the transfer agent and registrar services provided by AST to the Fund pursuant to the Agreement (the “Monthly Administration Fee”); provided, however, that the Monthly Administration Fee will be automatically adjusted to $2,000.00 if PIMCO requests AST to pay dividends or distributions on behalf of the Fund on a monthly basis.
If the Borrower uses the Loan for a purpose other than the intended purpose, FinoMark shall have the right to demand early repayment of the Loan, Interest and the Monthly Administration Fee for the entire term provided in the Loan Agreement (Payment Period) and other amounts accrued under this Agreement.

The Monthly Administration Fee shall payable on the Closing Date and monthly in advance on the first day of each month following the Closing Date.
