Monthly Customer definition

Monthly Customer means Customers who have a valid monthly contract for a subscription for Services or On-Premises Software, as applicable, with no annual or multi-year commitment.
Monthly Customer means Customers who have a valid monthly contract for Cloud Services with no annual or multi-year commitment.
Monthly Customer shall refer to any customer of any program paying a fee or other change for services. It shall not include any customer during any trial period.
