You can view your available account balance and review account history on the Account selected by you. • The Service requires a web-enabled Mobile Device or a cellular phone that is text-enabled. The text- enabled cellular phone service (“SMS Texting”) is limited to certain functions established from time to time by the Bank. Text messages are sent to you without being encrypted. With the exception of the text-enabled cellular phone, the Service is similar to internet banking on a personal computer. You can view your available account balance and review account history on the Account selected by you. • The Service allows you to transfer money between your accounts. You must select the accounts to and from which funds will be transferred through the use of the Digital Banking service, and you will receive a confirmation when the transaction is completed. Frequency and amount limitations of transfers are set forth below. • If you have signed up for our Digital Banking Xxxx Pay Service, the Service allows you to pay bills to payees. A confirmation message will be displayed after the xxxx payment is complete. Payees can be set up through the Mobile Banking or Digital Banking Services. • If you have Alerts on your account, you may review the Alerts with the Service. • If you have signed up for Mobile Remote Deposit Service, you can transmit the image of a check to us for deposit to your account. • From time to time, we may develop additional mobile banking services. SERVICE INCLUDED. Provided that the Subscriber has chosen the warranty service provided in paragraph 1(B), the lifetime warranty shall include those warranties contained in any document connected with the purchase of the alarm system from BES. However, in the event of a conflict between said warranty and any of the terms of this Agreement, the terms hereof shall control.
SERVICE INCLUDED. KMBS’ obligations under this Agreement is to provide the hard drive data protection service selected on the Konica Hard Drive Disposal Options Form, upon Customer’s scheduling of a service date with KMBS. Services included in each of the respective hard drive exchange or data sanitization services are detail in the statement of work attached hereto. Unless otherwise indicated, normal business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, exclusive of holidays observed by KMBS. Overtime charges, at KMBS' then current Master Agreement rates, will be charged for all services provided outside normal business hours at Customer’s request.

  • Services Not Included It is not the intent of the Provider to render, nor of the Recipient to receive from the Provider, professional advice or opinions, whether with regard to Tax, legal, treasury, finance, employment or other business and financial matters, technical advice, whether with regard to information technology or other matters, or the handling of or addressing environmental matters; the Recipient shall not rely on, or construe, any Service rendered by or on behalf of the Provider as such professional advice or opinions or technical advice; and the Recipient shall seek all third-party professional advice and opinions or technical advice as it may desire or need.

  • Background included 9.1.1 In Attachment 1, the Parties have identified and agreed on the Background for the Project and have also, where relevant, informed each other that Access to specific Background is subject to legal restrictions or limits. Anything not identified in Attachment 1 shall not be the object of Access Right obligations regarding Background.

  • Service Scope Business Services apply to a single corresponding registered Covered Product. Purchasers of Business Services receive a 2 year limited business warranty (see VIVE Enterprise Business Limited Warranty here for details), starting from the original purchase date of your Covered Product. Business Services include expedited usage technical support, expedited customer care services and VIVE online resources as set forth in these Terms and Conditions and (xxx.xxxx.xxx/xxxxxxx).

  • Compensation for Additional Services Additional Services shall be compensated as set forth on Exhibit A for the stipulated payment amounts set forth therein. Other Additional Services not set forth on Exhibit A that are required or requested by the Owner shall be compensated as agreed, using the methodology set forth on Exhibit A, prior to the Design Professional undertaking such Additional Services; provided, however, that if such compensation cannot be agreed, the Additional Services shall be performed at the hourly rates set forth and listed in Exhibit B, plus reimbursable expenses pursuant to Article 4.1.3 below, with a limitation as to maximum amount specified.

  • Hosted Services We shall use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Hosted Services you have purchased available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for: (a) planned downtime under our direct control (of which we shall give at least 8 hours notice via the Hosted Services and which we shall schedule to the extent practicable during the weekend hours from 6:00 p.m. Pacific time Friday to 3:00 a.m. Pacific time Monday), (b) to the extent we are notified by third party service providers of planned downtime (of which we shall provide such notice to you via the Hosted services as soon we can reasonably do so), or (c) any unavailability caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, acts of government, flood, fire, earthquakes, civil unrest, acts of terror, strikes or other labor problems, internet service or third party hosting provider failures or delays ("Force Majeure"). Hosted Services are provided in accordance with applicable laws and government regulations.

  • All Cost and Time Impacts to be Included Each Change Order shall include all time and monetary impacts of the change. Failure to include a change in Contract Time or in Contract Sum in Change Orders shall be considered a zero price/zero time Change Order and shall waive any change in Contract Time and Contract Sum. Commencement of Work upon a Change Order is conclusive proof that the Contractor accepts the Change Order.

  • Additional Services Fees Payments to the Design Professional on account of Additional Services shall be made as follows:

  • Approved Services; Additional Services Registry Operator shall be entitled to provide the Registry Services described in clauses (a) and (b) of the first paragraph of Section 2.1 in the Specification 6 attached hereto (“Specification 6”) and such other Registry Services set forth on Exhibit A (collectively, the “Approved Services”). If Registry Operator desires to provide any Registry Service that is not an Approved Service or is a material modification to an Approved Service (each, an “Additional Service”), Registry Operator shall submit a request for approval of such Additional Service pursuant to the Registry Services Evaluation Policy at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/registries/rsep/rsep.html, as such policy may be amended from time to time in accordance with the bylaws of ICANN (as amended from time to time, the “ICANN Bylaws”) applicable to Consensus Policies (the “RSEP”). Registry Operator may offer Additional Services only with the written approval of ICANN, and, upon any such approval, such Additional Services shall be deemed Registry Services under this Agreement. In its reasonable discretion, ICANN may require an amendment to this Agreement reflecting the provision of any Additional Service which is approved pursuant to the RSEP, which amendment shall be in a form reasonably acceptable to the parties.
