Monthly Expense Amount definition

Monthly Expense Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(c)(i).
Monthly Expense Amount means the monthly final expense amount determined in accordance with Section 2.03(c) and/or Section 2.03(d) (as applicable).
Monthly Expense Amount means, for any Collection Period, the lesser of (x) the actual Operating Expenses and Maintenance Capital Expenditures for each Asset Entity for such Collection Period and (y) the sum of (1) the Budgeted Operating Expenses of each Asset Entity for such Collection Period and (2) the product of (A) the Annualized Targeted Maintenance Capital Expenditures as of the last day of such Collection Period and (B) the number of days in such Collection Period divided by 360.

Monthly Expense Amount means, for each Business Day during a Settlement Period, the sum of (i) the Series 2001-1 Interest Distributable Amount due and payable on the related Distribution Date or if such amount is not yet determinable, a good faith estimate by the Master Servicer, but in no event less than the Series 2001-1 Interest Distributable Amount for the Distribution Date for the Settlement Period immediately preceding such Settlement Period, (ii) the portion of the Servicing Fees due and payable on the related Distribution Date pursuant to Section 3.6(b)(i) and (iii) all Program Costs due and payable on the related Distribution Date pursuant to Section 3.6(b)(i).
Monthly Expense Amount means, for each Business Day in a Settlement Period and the related Accrual Period, the sum of (i) the Series 2001-VFC Estimated Monthly Interest and Fee Expense for the related Accrual Period, (ii) the Series 2001-VFC Estimated Monthly Servicing Fee for the related Accrual Period, (iii) the amount of any unreimbursed Interest Shortfall for any prior Settlement Period, (iv) the amount of any unpaid Series 2001-VFC Servicing Fees for any prior Settlement Period and (v) all Series 2001-VFC Program Costs estimated by the Servicer to be due and payable on the related Distribution Date pursuant to Section 3.6(b)(iv).

  • Expense Amount As defined in Section 11.01(b) hereof.

  • Expense Fee As to each Mortgage Loan and any Distribution Date, the product of the Expense Fee Rate and its Stated Principal Balance as of that Distribution Date.

  • Reconciliation Amount has the meaning given to it in paragraph 9.9 of Schedule 9.1 (Financial and Other Consequences of Change);

  • Liquidity Expenses means all Liquidity Obligations other than (i) the principal amount of any Drawings under the Liquidity Facilities and (ii) any interest accrued on any Liquidity Obligations.

  • Excess Cash Amount means, as of any Excess Cash Measurement Date, (a) the total amount of Unrestricted Cash, less (b) the sum of (i) the applicable Minimum Cash Threshold hereto corresponding to such Excess Cash Measurement Date, (ii) the total amount of scheduled payments due by OEC and its Subsidiaries, taken as a whole, under (x) the New Notes and (y) any other Permitted Indebtedness in each case in the subsequent twelve (12) month period, (iii) projected expenses for the Issuer to conduct its operations during the subsequent twelve (12) month period, including any foreign currency conversion expenses and (iv) for any Excess Cash Measurement Date through (and including) December 31, 2024, any Fines due by OEC and its Subsidiaries for the subsequent twelve (12) month period; less (c) an amount equal to the Required Gross-Up; provided that any items already deducted from cash and short-term investments of OEC and its Subsidiaries for purposes of determining Unrestricted Cash shall not be deducted again for purposes of determining the Excess Cash Amount.

  • Reimbursement Amount As defined in Section 2.04.

  • Calculation Amount means the amount specified as such on the face of any Note, or if no such amount is so specified, the Denomination Amount of such Note as shown on the face thereof;

  • Advance Reimbursement Amounts As defined in Section 3.29 hereof.

  • Monthly Payment Amount means, with respect to each Payment Date, a payment equal to the amount of interest which has accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period, computed at the Interest Rate.

  • Cash Flow Distribution Amount As to any calendar month, the aggregate amount of principal distributable in respect of the Mortgage Securities in such calendar month.

  • Estimated Transaction Expenses has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a).
