Energy Payment The amount that Company will pay Seller for electric energy delivered to Company in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement on a monthly basis as set forth in Attachment J (Company Payments for Energy, Dispatchability and Availability of XXXX) to this Agreement.
Rechargeable Electrical Energy Storage System (REESS) means the rechargeable energy storage system that provides electric energy for electrical propulsion.
Delta Payment means as it is described in this Agreement.
Monthly Debt Service Payment Amount means, for each Monthly Payment Date, an amount equal to the amount of interest which is then due on all the Components of the Loan in the aggregate for the Interest Period during which such Monthly Payment Date occurs.
Interim Payment has the meaning specified in Section 10.1.
Nominated Energy Efficiency Value means the amount of load reduction that an Energy Efficiency Resource commits to provide through installation of more efficient devices or equipment or implementation of more efficient processes or systems.
Class I renewable energy means electric energy produced from
Renewable Energy Certificate or "REC" means a certificate
LWDA PAGA Payment means the 75% of the PAGA Penalties paid to the LWDA under Labor Code section 2699, subd. (i).
AHYDO Catch-Up Payment means any payment with respect to any obligations of the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary, in each case to avoid the application of Section 163(e)(5) of the Code thereto.
Real-time System Energy Price means the System Energy Price resulting from the Office of the Interconnection’s dispatch of the PJM Interchange Energy Market in the Operating Day.
Monthly Service Fee means a monthly charge to a member for continuing care and not as rent, or a daily prorated portion thereof.
Monthly Fee means the total consideration, including but not limited to, equipment or locker rental,
Solar renewable energy certificate or "SREC" means a
Delayed contribution payment means an amount paid by an employee for purchase of current service. The amount shall be determined using the same formula in KRS 61.5525, and the payment shall not be picked up by the employer. A delayed contribution payment shall be deposited to the member's account and considered as accumulated contributions of the individual member. In determining payments under this subsection, the formula found in this subsection shall prevail over the one found in KRS 212.434;
Class II renewable energy means electric energy produced at a
Energy year or "EY" means the 12-month period from June 1st
Renewable Energy Certificates or “RECs” means all of the GIS Certificates and environmental benefits associated with New Class I RPS eligible resources.
Day-ahead System Energy Price means the System Energy Price resulting from the Day- ahead Energy Market.
Monthly Fees means, collectively, [INSERT FOR HFS: the Monthly Food and Beverage Fee,] the Monthly Program Fee and the Monthly Royalty Fee, each of which is set forth in the Addendum. [INSERT FOR HFS: “Monthly Food and Beverage Fee” means the fee we require from you in Subsection 8.2, which is set forth in the Addendum.]
Estimated Incremental Quarterly Tax Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.9.
Capitation Payment means a payment the STATE makes periodically to the MCO for each Enrollee covered under the Contract for the provision of services as defined in Article 6 regardless of whether the Enrollee receives these services during the period covered by the payment.
