Monthly Nomination definition

Monthly Nomination has the meaning given in clause 4.2(a).
Monthly Nomination means the amount as nominated by Buyer for anticipated purchase of Styrene as further described in Section 4.1
Monthly Nomination has the meaning specified in Section 5.6(c).

Examples of Monthly Nomination in a sentence

  • The Bank reserves the right to charge a replacement fee at the expense of the customer and inform the customer, and the customer has the right to accept or reject the replacement card if the customer had no objection within 2 weeks or if the customer activated the card.

  • Subject to Rule 13, and Rule 14, if capacity is available and operating conditions permit, the Carrier may, acting reasonably, accept new Nominations or accept revised Nominations after the applicable Monthly Nomination Date.

  • If there is not sufficient Available Capacity to accommodate such portion of the Monthly Nomination of each Term Shipper, then each Term Shipper shall receive its prorata share of Available Capacity based on the lesser of its: (A) Monthly Volume; and (B) submitted or deemed Monthly Nominations to such Delivery Point up to a maximum level of its Monthly Volume.

  • On or before Carrier’s Monthly Nomination Date, Shipper shall provide Carrier with a Nomination on the prescribed Nomination Form including the volume of Petroleum or Crude Oil to be shipped for the following Month, the Receipt Point(s), the Delivery Point(s) and type(s) of Petroleum or Crude Oil.

  • If space is available and operating conditions permit, Carrier may, at its discretion, accept Nominations or revised Nominations after Carrier's scheduled Monthly Nomination Date.

  • On or before the Monthly Nomination Date, the Shipper shall provide the Carrier with a Nomination on the Notice of Shipment indicating the volume of Petroleum to be transported for the following Month, the Receipt Point, the Delivery Point, the type(s) of Petroleum, and for Uncommitted Shipper Nominations to the Westridge Marine Terminal, the Bid Price.

  • If Buyer fails to purchase the Firm Monthly Nomination, Seller may undertake to effectuate an alternative sale of such Monthly Shortfall Quantities.

  • For those Customers entitled to Nominate on a Monthly basis, this obligation applies based on a representative daily Nomination calculated by dividing the Monthly Nomination by the number of Days in the Month.

Related to Monthly Nomination

  • Over-Riding Nomination Criteria means the criteria set out in clause 4.2.

  • Nomination Date as herein used means twenty-fifth (25th) of the month preceding the movement; provided that if the twenty-fifth (25th) of such month falls on a weekend, the date shall be the preceding workday, and further provided that if the twenty-fifth (25th) of such month falls on a holiday the date shall be two (2) workdays prior to the holiday.

  • Nomination Period means, in respect of a Nomination, the period from the Nomination Start Time to the Nomination End Time;

  • Nomination means a request by a Shipper to Carrier to transport a stated quantity of Crude Petroleum on the Pipeline for the account of such Shipper in any month.

  • Nomination Notice means all information and documents that a Nominating Stockholder is required to submit to the Secretary of the Corporation pursuant to Section 2.6(f).

  • Nomination Day means the last day for filing or withdrawing a nomination as provided for by the Municipal Elections Act, 1996.

  • Relevant Nominating Body means, in respect of a benchmark or screen rate (as applicable):

  • Nominations means the process by which the customer or the customer's agent notifies the Company of expected transportation quantities.

  • Investor Nominee means a person designated for election to the Board of Directors by the Investor pursuant to the Investment Agreement.

  • Nomination Criteria means the criteria made up of the Over-Riding Nomination Criteria andthe Specific Nomination Factors, and is also referred to as “this Criteria”.

  • Nominated Athlete means an Athlete who has been nominated to the NZOC by Swimming New Zealand.

  • Monthly Report Determination Date The meaning specified in Section 10.7(a).

  • Annual Enrollment Period or "Enrollment Period" means the period before each policy anniversary so designated by the Sponsor and Lincoln during which you may enroll for coverage under this policy.

  • Election cycle means the period beginning on the first day persons are eligible to

  • Monthly Salary Rate means the amount agreed to by Owner that can be used on Applications for Payment throughout the Construction Phase to account for the monthly salary costs of Contractor’s salaried personnel assigned to the Project. A Monthly Salary Rate must be established for each salaried person and must be approved in writing by Owner in advance of any Application for Payment for that person. The Monthly Salary Rate is for convenience only and any payments made for Contractor’s personnel are subject to audit to determine the actual cost of the wages and allowable employer contributions incurred by Contractor for services performed. The initial Monthly Salary Rate is included in Exhibit “G” attached to this Agreement.

  • Monthly Qualification Cycle means a period beginning one (1) Business Day prior to the first day of the current Statement Cycle through one (1) Business Day prior to the close of the current Statement Cycle.

  • Semi-annual (2/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done during the months of June and December, unless specifically identified otherwise.

  • NZOC Nomination and Selection Regulation means the regulation of NZOC relation to the nomination and selection Process for all Olympic and Commonwealth games, including the Games.

  • Monthly Record Date means the "Record Dates" set forth under "Summary of Essential Financial Information--Estimated Distributions" in the Prospectus Part I for a Trust.

  • Certification period means the period for which an individual is certified eligible for a program.

  • Mail ballot election means any election that is conducted under Title 13, chapter 19, by mailing

  • Primary election means any regular primary election held under the election

  • Nomination and Remuneration Committee means a Committee of Board of Directors of the Company, constituted in accordance with the provisions of Section 178 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Listing Agreement.

  • Monthly Base Salary means 1/12th of the greater of (i) Executive’s annual base salary (excluding incentive pay, premium pay, commissions, overtime, bonuses and other forms of variable compensation) as in effect on the date of a Change in Control Termination or a Covered Termination, as applicable, or (ii) in the case of a Change in Control Termination, Executive’s annual base salary (excluding incentive pay, premium pay, commissions, overtime, bonuses and other forms of variable compensation) as in effect on the date of a Change in Control.

  • Monthly salary means the portion of a member’s annual compensation which is paid to him or her per month.

  • Semi-annual (2/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done during the months of June and December, unless specifically identified otherwise.
