Monthly Nomination Date definition

Monthly Nomination Date means, with respect to a Month, at or before 7:00 a.m. Mountain Time on the date published by the Carrier for Nominations for such Month and posted on the Carrier’s website.

Monthly Nomination Date means no later than 7:00 a.m. Mountain Time on the dates set forth in the "Nomination Dates" section of Carrier’s customer portal.

Monthly Nomination Date means, unless otherwise stated by Carrier, the date specified in the Crude Oil Logistics Committee calendar, as revised from time to time.

• The Carrier shall provide the Shippers with written notice of the change of the specifications in Rule 4.2 at least 30 days prior to the Monthly Nomination Date of the Month for which the change(s) would take effect.

• Subject to Rule 13, and Rule 14, if capacity is available and operating conditions permit, the Carrier may, acting reasonably, accept new Nominations or accept revised Nominations after the applicable Monthly Nomination Date.

Monthly Nomination Date means no later than 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time on the 20th Day of the Month preceding the Month that Shipper intends to Tender Crude Oil for transportation service hereunder.
