Monthly Parking Charge definition

Monthly Parking Charge means the market rate monthly charge therefor designated by Landlord, adjusted reasonably and no more frequently than once in any 12-month period, based upon the rates charged by comparable parking facilities in the vicinity of the Project, which as. of the date of this Lease such Monthly Parking Charge is equal to $[ *** ] per space per month, plus applicable taxes.

Monthly Parking Charge for the Parking Spaces is set forth on Exhibit “H” attached hereto. Lessee shall not be required to pay the Monthly Parking Charge for the first twelve (12) months of the Term (the “Parking Charge Abatement”).

Examples of Monthly Parking Charge in a sentence

  • The Regular Monthly Parking Charge and any other relevant Amount Payable is payable to the Company monthly by direct debit, or as otherwise advised from time to time.

  • The Parker will be emailed an invoice (if an email address is provided by the Parker) each month detailing the Regular Monthly Parking Charge and any other Amount Payable.

  • The Company may vary the Regular Monthly Parking Charge at the expiry of the Contracted Period, by giving the Parker one (1) month’s written notice.

  • The Regular Monthly Parking Charge and any other relevant Amount Payable is payable to the Company monthly in advance by direct debit or as otherwise advised from time to time.

  • Prior to the Commencement Date, the Parker must pay to the Company an initial payment of the Total Establishment Fee plus the amount of the Regular Monthly Parking Charge for the first month.

  • The “Monthly Parking Charge” shall mean the market rate monthly charge therefor designated by Landlord, adjusted reasonably and no more frequently than once in any 12-month period, based upon the rates charged by comparable parking facilities in the vicinity of the Project, which Monthly Parking Charge is anticipated as of the Commencement Date equal to $400.00 per space per month, plus applicable taxes.

  • The Licensee agrees to pay to TCHC for the term of this Agreement, and any renewal thereof, the Monthly Parking Charge, including all applicable taxes, for the permission to park the Authorized Vehicle on TCHC property.

  • At the expiry of the Contracted Period the Parker will continue paying the Regular Monthly Parking Charge on a month to month basis until the Agreement is terminated in accordance with clause 5 of theseConditions.

  • TCHC may interrupt the Licensee’s use of the parking space(s), as TCHC requires for maintenance, repair and/or cleaning and that the Licensee shall not be entitled to any compensation or deduction from the Monthly Parking Charge for such interruption.

  • DEADLINE FOR COMPLETION OF VERIFICATION AND VALIDATION OF PLANS.—In the case of any phase after phase 2 of the Customer Account Data Engine 2, paragraph (2) shall be applied by substituting ‘‘the date on which the plan for such phase was com- pleted’’ for ‘‘the date of the enactment of this Act’’.

Related to Monthly Parking Charge

  • parking charge means the charge paid by drivers to leave a vehicle in a parking place;

  • operating charge means any amount charged to a client by a registered firm in respect of the operation, transfer or termination of a client’s account and includes any federal, provincial or territorial sales taxes paid on that amount;

  • Carrying Charges or "rental" means all regular charges paid on a periodic basis to a housing corporation by a person or family living in a rental or cooperative housing project, excluding initial down payments.

  • Monthly Recurring Charge or “MRC” shall mean the monthly recurring charges for the Service as set out in the Customer Order Form or COF;

  • RUNNING CHARGE PER KILOMETER means the rates payable against each KM run. and shall be deemed to include all the expenditures of the Transport Supplier viz., cost of fuel, tyre/tube, battery & consumables like lubricants etc. and other maintenance expenditures including accessories involved including GST element as applicable towards movement of the vehicle(s)/equipment.

  • Room charge means the charge imposed for the use or occupancy of a room, excluding charges for food, beverages, state use tax, telephone service, or like services paid in connection with the charge, and excluding reimbursement of the assessment imposed by this act.

  • Monthly Rent means the monthly installment of Minimum Annual Rent plus the monthly installment of estimated Annual Operating Expenses payable by Tenant under this Lease.

  • Monthly Charge shall have the meaning set forth in Article 5.

  • Monthly Base Rent The monthly rent specified in Section 1.01(8).

  • Recurring Charges means where you allow a Merchant to bill your Account for a specified or unspecified amount, at regular or irregular intervals for goods or services;

  • Base Monthly Rent means the fixed monthly rent payable by Tenant pursuant to Section 3.1 which is specified in Section K of the Summary.

  • Installation Charges means those Charges set out in the Order in relation to installation of the Service and/or any Purchased Equipment, Customer Equipment and/or BT Equipment as applicable.

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of one and one-half of one percent (1.5%) and a storage and handling charge of one-half of one percent (0.5%), in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.

  • Basic Rent means Basic Rent as defined in Paragraph 6.

  • Utility Charges means water, sewer, electricity, gas and other utility charges, if any, applicable to the Real Property or the Leased Real Property;

  • Fixed Rent shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1 hereof.

  • Sublease Payment means any payment required to be made by the District pursuant to Article 7 of this Sublease.

  • Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.

  • Bond Service Charges means, for any period or payable at any time, the principal of, premium, if any, and interest on the Bonds for that period or payable at that time whether due at maturity or upon redemption, Mandatory Tender or acceleration.

  • Connection Charge is the sum payable by the Communications Provider in accordance with the Openreach Price List for provisioning of the Service;

  • Capacity Charge means a charge for public facilities in existence at the time a charge is imposed or charges for new public facilities to be acquired or constructed in the future that are of proportional benefit to the person or property being charged, including supply or capacity contracts for rights or entitlements, real property interests, and entitlements and other rights of the local agency involving capital expense relating to its use of existing or new public facilities. A “capacity charge” does not include a commodity charge.

  • Prepayment Charge Schedule As of any date, the list of Prepayment Charges included in the Trust Fund on such date, attached hereto as Schedule 2 (including the prepayment charge summary attached thereto). The Prepayment Charge Schedule shall set forth the following information with respect to each Prepayment Charge:

  • Non-Recurring Charges means any charges imposed by the TDSP or other third parties on a non-recurring basis for services, repairs or additional equipment needed for Customer’s electric service.

  • Penalty Charge means a penalty charge which is payable by virtue of paragraph 3(1) and (2) of Schedule 3 to this Act;

  • SLDC Charges means the charges levied by the SLDC of the state wherein the Solar Power Project is located;

  • Termination Charge means a charge levied when an unamortized balance remains and the Jurisdiction requests termination of Street Lighting Service. The charge is determined by costs of equipment, installation, removal, disposal, Capital Recovery Period, and Utility Financing Cost minus payments made to date for the specific fixtures.
