Mooring Permit Holder definition

Mooring Permit Holder means the holder of a Mooring Permit and space assigned to him/her by the Harbormaster.
Mooring Permit Holder. (MPH) - shall mean a person who has a valid mooring permit for a mooring assigned to him by the HM.

  • Environmental Approval means any present or future permit, ruling, variance or other Authorisation required under Environmental Laws.

  • Impervious surface means a surface that has been covered with a layer of material so that it is highly resistant to infiltration by water.
