Mortgage Escrow Payments definition

Mortgage Escrow Payments. The portion, if any, of the Mortgage Loan Payment in connection with a Mortgage Loan that relates to funds for the payment of taxes, assessments, insurance premiums and other customary mortgage escrow amounts required under the Mortgage Loan Documents.
Mortgage Escrow Payments means the portion, if any, of the Mortgage Loan Payment in connection with a Mortgage Loan that, pursuant to the related Mortgage Loan Documents, must be made by a Mortgagor for deposit in a related Escrow Account for the payment of real estate taxes and assessments, insurance premiums, ground rents and similar items.
Mortgage Escrow Payments means the portion, if any, of the Mortgage Loan Payment in connection with a Mortgage Loan that will, upon receipt by Seller, become part of the Escrow Funds.

"Mortgage Note" means a written obligation to pay a sum of money at a stated interest rate, which rate may be fixed or adjustable during the term of the obligation, executed by a Mortgagor and secured by a Mortgage. "Mortgagor" means the obligor(s) on a Mortgage Note. "MSR" means the mortgage Servicing rights held by the Seller with respect to the mortgage loans in the Servicing Portfolio. "Non-Loan Purchased Asset Value" means the amount set forth on Exhibit B. "OC Tax Return" has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1(b). "Old Mortgage Loans" as of specified date means loans that would be otherwise deemed to be Company Mortgage Loans hereunder except for the fact that they have been owned by the Seller for a period of more than one hundred twenty (120) days.   • Escrow Payments With respect to any Mortgage Loan, the amounts constituting ground rents, taxes, assessments, water rates, sewer rents, municipal charges, mortgage insurance premiums, fire and hazard insurance premiums, condominium charges, and any other payments required to be escrowed by the Mortgagor with the mortgagee pursuant to the Mortgage or any other document.
