Mortgage Loan Schedule and Exception Report definition

Mortgage Loan Schedule and Exception Report means the mortgage loan schedule and exception report prepared by the Custodian pursuant to the Custodial Agreement.

• The Custodian has not noted any material exceptions on a Mortgage Loan Schedule and Exception Report with respect to the Mortgage Loan which would materially adversely affect the Mortgage Loan or Buyer’s interest in the Mortgage Loan.

Mortgage Loan Schedule and Exception Report means a list of Purchased Mortgage Loans delivered by the Custodian to the Buyer, reflecting the Mortgage Loans held by the Custodian for the benefit of the Buyer, which includes codes indicating any exceptions with respect to each Mortgage Loan listed thereon. Each Mortgage Loan Schedule and Exception Report shall set forth (a) the Mortgage Loans being purchased by the Buyer on any applicable Purchase Date as well as the Mortgage Loans previously purchased by the Buyer and held by the Custodian hereunder, and (b) all exceptions with respect thereto, with any updates thereto from time to time last delivered.
