Mortgage of Shares definition

Mortgage of Shares means the mortgage of the shares in the Company granted by TRU (UK) H5 Limited in favour of the Security Agent acting for itself and on behalf of the other Finance Parties to be dated the Utilisation Date.
Mortgage of Shares means, collectively, (a) the Mortgage of Shares dated May 2, 1997 executed by AHL, and (b) the Mortgage of Shares dated May 2, 1997 executed by European Holdings, in each case, with respect to the stock of the Material Subsidiaries and in favor of the Administrative Agent for the benefit of itself and the Lenders.
Mortgage of Shares means any mortgage of or security interest in shares in the capital of any Borrower or Obligor securing the obligations of such Borrower or Obligor in respect of any Loan.
