MOU Effective Date definition

MOU Effective Date means the first day on which both of the following have occurred: (a) all legislation implementing the Memorandum of Understanding between EDISON and the California Department of Water Resources dated April 9, 2001 ("MOU"), or such other legislation based on the MOU or otherwise, that restores EDISON to creditworthiness has become effective, and (b) the Commission has issued all orders that are necessary to implement the MOU or other mechanisms contained in such legislation based on the MOU or otherwise which are designed to restore EDISON to creditworthiness. Nothing herein shall preclude EDISON from, at any time, electing to make partial payments of the Stipulated Amount that are in addition to those specified in this Section 3.2.3.

Examples of MOU Effective Date in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, no Committee (or any other committee which the Parties may establish on which members of both Parties participate) shall remain in existence after July 25, 2031, the twenty-fifth (25th) anniversary of the MOU Effective Date.

  • Beginning on the MOU Effective Date and continuing throughout the term of this MOU, the One-Stop Partner agrees to work collaboratively with the Workforce Board, the ▇▇▇ Board, CRWC and the other One-Stop Partners in the Sub-Areas in which the One-Stop Partner operates to carry out the provisions of WIOA and this MOU and to provide the services described in Exhibit A.
