MSD Funds definition

MSD Funds has the meaning specified in the Preamble.

Examples of MSD Funds in a sentence

  • In the case of any of the MSD Funds: (i) any of its controlled affiliates (other than portfolio companies); or (ii) an affiliated private equity fund of a MSD Fund that remains such an affiliate or affiliated private equity fund of such MSD Fund.

Related to MSD Funds

  • Collected Funds means, with respect to any Collection Period, the amount of funds in the Collection Account representing collections on the Receivables during such Collection Period, including all Net Liquidation Proceeds collected during such Collection Period (but excluding any Purchase Amounts).

  • Excess Funds shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(l) of this Agreement.

  • Funds means financial assets and benefits of every kind, including, but not limited to:

  • own funds means the sum of Tier 1 capital and Tier 2 capital;

  • Public funds means money belonging to the government.

  • Related Funds means with respect to any Lender that is an Approved Fund, any other Approved Fund that is managed by the same investment advisor as such Lender or by an Affiliate of such investment advisor.

  • Maximum Funds means the maximum Funds amount as set out in Schedule “B” (Specific Information).

  • Client Funds means money deposited by the Client in his/her Trading Account, plus or minus any unrealized or realized profit or loss, plus or minus any amount that is due by the Client to the Company and vice versa.

  • Surplus funds means, at any given date, the excess of cash and other recognized assets that are expected to be resolved into cash or its equivalent in the natural course of events and with a reasonable certainty, over the liabilities and necessary reserves at the same date.
