MSI Program definition

MSI Program means all hospital services, physician services, clinic services, dental services, 5 administrative services, and other non-hospital services for which reimbursement is authorized by the 6 Agreement and all other agreements for the MSI Program.
MSI Program means Medical Services Initiative Program responsible for providing necessary medical care, under California Welfare & Institutions (W&I) Code 17000 and/or the STCs, to Orange County residents ages 19 through 64 who have no other financial resources for medical care.

  • (3) PROGRAM.—The term program’ means

  • Loan Program means the State Treasurer’s Interest-Free Loan Program for Colorado School Districts authorized pursuant to the Loan Program Statutes.
