MTN Indenture definition

MTN Indenture means the trust indenture, dated April 21, 2004, among YPG Holdings Inc., the MTN Trustee, Yellow Pages Income Fund, YPG LP and YPG, in respect of the MTN Notes, as supplemented by the first supplemental trust indenture dated November 1, 2010 among YMI, YPG and the MTN Trustee;
MTN Indenture the Indenture dated as of April 15, 1996 between General Signal Corporation, a New York corporation, and The Chase Manhattan Bank, as trustee.
MTN Indenture means the trust indenture among the Fund and Computershare Trust Company of Canada dated November 29, 2004, which was supplemented by a First Supplemental Indenture dated December 21, 2011, to facilitate the issuance by the Fund of debentures, notes or other evidences of indebtedness, including, without limitation, MTNs;

  • In addition to Mortgages permitted by paragraph (1) above, Bell Canada may issue, assume or guarantee any Debt secured by, or secure after the date of the MTN Indenture any Debt by, a Mortgage upon any property of Bell Canada (whether now owned or hereafter acquired) if, after giving effect thereto, the aggregate principal amount of Debt secured by Mortgages of Bell Canada permitted only by this paragraph (2) does not at such time exceed 5% of the Net Worth of Bell Canada.
