Verification Agent As defined in Section 3.28.
Compact administrator means: the individual in each compacting state appointed pursuant to the terms of this compact, responsible for the administration and management of the state's supervision and transfer of juveniles subject to the terms of this compact, the rules adopted by the Interstate Commission and policies adopted by the State Council under this compact.
Busy Line Verification (BLV means a service whereby an End User requests an operator to confirm the busy status of a line.
XXXXX Administrator means the Bank of England (or any successor administrator of the Sterling Overnight Index Average).
LOCKHEED XXXXXX Procurement Representative means a person authorized by LOCKHEED XXXXXX'x cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.
Billing agent means a telephone utility that includes in a bill it sends to a customer a charge for a product or service offered by a service provider.[PL 1999, c. 59, §1 (NEW); PL 1999, c. 59, §3 (AFF).]
Settlement Administrator means the administrator proposed by the Parties and appointed by the Court to administer the Settlement.
Contract Administrator means the person authorized to represent the City in respect of the Contract and is identified at the time of award of the Contract;
Deputy compact administrator means: the individual, if any, in each compacting state appointed to act on behalf of a Compact Administrator pursuant to the terms of this compact responsible for the administration and management of the state's supervision and transfer of juveniles subject to the terms of this compact, the rules adopted by the Interstate Commission and policies adopted by the State Council under this compact.
Customer Service Representative means a person that provides an insurance service and insurance product information:
Construction Agent means the Lessee, as construction agent under the Construction Agency Agreement.
Engineer-in-charge representative means any officer of the Authority nominated by the Engineer-in-charge for day to day supervision, checking, taking measurement, checking bills, ensuring quality control, inspecting works and other related works for completion of the project.
Collection Agent means at any time the Person then authorized pursuant to Section 6.01 to service, administer and collect Transferred Receivables.
Contractor Representative means any of the following:
Account Administrator means the person(s) who have been granted authority by Customer to set up, amend, or otherwise control settings and/or make additional purchases for the Account via the Administrative Portal. Account Administrators may have varying levels of Account rights, skills, or permissions.

Information Agent The meaning specified in Section 14.16.
IRDAI means the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India.

District administrator means the department employee assigned the overall supervision of the departmental operations in one of the Commonwealth's construction districts.
SOFR Administrator means the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (or a successor administrator of the secured overnight financing rate).
Contract administration means all functions, duties, and responsibilities
Co-Documentation Agent as defined in the preamble hereto.
Contract Manager means the DNR staff person who processes this contract, makes payments, provides and facilitates dispute resolution, provides technical advice to the Compliance Forester, and is the first point of contact for questions relating to this contract or interpretation of Work. The Contract Manager may perform the duties of the Compliance Forester.
STATUS VERIFICATION SYSTEM This “Status Verification System” requirement, also referred to as “E-Verify”, only applies to contracts issued through a Request for Proposal process and to sole sources that are included within a Request for Proposal.
