Examples of Multicurrency Credit Exposure in a sentence
On each Quarterly Date and, in addition, promptly upon the receipt by the Administrative Agent of a Currency Valuation Notice (as defined below), the Administrative Agent shall determine the aggregate Revolving Multicurrency Credit Exposure.
On each Revaluation Date, the Administrative Agent shall determine the aggregate Revolving Multicurrency Credit Exposure.
On each Quarterly Date and, in addition, promptly upon the receipt by the Administrative Agent of a Currency Valuation Notice (as defined below), the Administrative Agent shall determine the aggregate Multicurrency Credit Exposure.
For purposes hereof “Currency Valuation Notice” means a notice given by the Required Multicurrency Lenders to the Administrative Agent stating that such notice is a “Currency Valuation Notice” and requesting that the Administrative Agent determine the aggregate Revolving Multicurrency Credit Exposure.
If on the date of such determination the aggregate Revolving Multicurrency Credit Exposure exceeds 105% of the aggregate amount of the Multicurrency Commitments as then in effect, the Borrower shall prepay the Multicurrency Loans within 15 Business Days of such date of determination in such amounts as shall be necessary so that after giving effect thereto the aggregate Revolving Multicurrency Credit Exposure does not exceed the Multicurrency Commitments.
In the event that the amount of total Revolving Multicurrency Credit Exposure exceeds the total Multicurrency Commitments (other than as a result of a change in exchange rates pursuant to Section 2.08(b)), the Borrower shall prepay (but subject to Sections 2.08(e) and (f)) Loans in such amounts as shall be necessary so that the amount of total Revolving Multicurrency Credit Exposure does not exceed the total Multicurrency Commitments.

A Letter of Credit denominated in AUD or NZD shall be issued, amended, renewed or extended on behalf of a Borrower only if (and upon issuance, amendment, renewal or extension of each Letter of Credit such Borrower shall be deemed to represent and warrant that), after giving effect to such issuance, amendment, renewal or extension, the aggregate amount of the Revolving Multicurrency Credit Exposure of all of the Lenders denominated in AUD and NZD shall not exceed 20% of the total Commitments hereunder.
If after giving effect to prepayment of all Swingline Loans and Revolving Loans, (i) the Revolving Credit Exposure of all Lenders exceeds the Aggregate Revolving Commitments or (ii) the Revolving Multicurrency Credit Exposure of all Lenders exceeds the aggregate Multicurrency Commitments, the Borrower shall Cash Collateralize its reimbursement obligations with respect to all Letters of Credit in an amount equal to such excess plus any accrued and unpaid fees thereon.
