MULTIPLE FIDUCIARY CAPACITIES definition
MULTIPLE FIDUCIARY CAPACITIES. Any "named fiduciary" with respect to the Plan (as defined in ERISA Section 402(a)(2)) and any other "fiduciary" (as defined in ERISA Section 3(4)) with respect to the Plan may serve in more than one fiduciary capacity.
