Municipal Solicitor definition

Municipal Solicitor means the Solicitor of the Municipality, or his or her delegate;
Municipal Solicitor means the Municipal Solicitor or the solicitor retained by the Municipality to act on behalf of the Corporation of the Township of Greater Madawaska, or designate;
Municipal Solicitor means the solicitor retained by the Municipality for this Agreement and/or the Development.
