The Sellers shall promptly notify the Buyer of the completion of the registration and send the Buyer’s Solicitors evidence of such registration.
The Seller acknowledges and agrees that the Buyer’s Solicitors have acted as counsel only to the Buyer and that the Buyer’s Solicitors are not protecting the rights and interests of any other Party and that the Seller has had the opportunity to seek and was not prevented from seeking independent legal advice before the execution and delivery of this Agreement and all other agreements, certificates or instruments to be executed or delivered by the Seller pursuant to or contemplated by this Agreement.

Facsimile signatures and signatures contained in any PDF file attached to an email sent between the Sellers’ Solicitors and the Buyer’s Solicitors shall be valid and binding to the same extent as original signatures.
